Description of Beef Pate:
This beef pate jis roasted from mature beef from the highly regarded Angus breed from the Mitrov Dvůr farm in the Highlands. Together with liver, pork belly, a little red wine and spices we have managed to create a pate you'll never forget. And since all the meat used is organic quality and the subsequent production process without any added chemical preservatives apart from salt, we can proudly declare this pâté to be absolutely healthy. :)
A few recommendations for the pate:
We recommended serving the pate in thick layer on the top of fresh bakery, supplemented with slices of Midsummer walnuts or with pieces of red wine jelly. Red, fuller wines with fine tannins are best suited to the pate.
