Young hop shoots are a handmade delicacy. They are picked in the spring, as soon as they sprout from the ground and are pickled in an excellent sweet-sour, gently spicy infusion. This old, forgotten recipe was popular with our ancestors in the 17th century. Young hop shoots will surprise you with their delicious taste, with a gentle, bitter hint of hops. Try having some hops without a hangover. :)
