Description of apricot jam:

Even though apricot jam is relatively widespread and can be called a "common" affair in our country, the one we make is a bit different. It is made only from Moravian, summer sun-ripened apricots, which make whole 55%, of the jam, which is the highest possible share we could fit into the jar. The remaining part consists of water from apricots, fructose and pectin. Open our apricot marmalade and indulge in a bit of Moravian sunshine any time of the year.

What to use the jam for?:

Apricot jam is great in combination with fresh or baked white bread, to which you can add a nice layer of delicious butter. And for those with a sweet tooth, we recommend filling crispy golden doughnuts with the jam.
